Salesforce powers the smart, self-managing enterprise by linking Einstein GPT and Data Cloud to Flow

Salesforce’s suite of automation tools, Flow, now has new features for Einstein GPT and Data Cloud. This was announced today.

By using Data Cloud to power Flow, which brings together all of a company’s customer data from different channels and exchanges into a single, real-time customer profile, customers can now handle complicated processes and take actions based on changes happening in real time. For example, if a customer just left their online shopping cart, a marketing automation system would send them an email right away with a personalised discount code to get them to finish their buy.

Einstein GPT is Salesforce’s generative AI CRM technology. When combined with Flow, users can use a talking interface to build and change automations. This makes the process of creating flows much easier and lowers the hurdles for non-technical users by a large amount.

From Salesforce’s point of view:

“Flow helps customers quickly automate complex business processes across any system. Today, Flow is delivering 1 trillion monthly automations and saving customers 109 billion hours every month,” said John Kucera, SVP of Automation at Salesforce. “By supporting Flow with Einstein, GPT, and Data Cloud, we’re not only making it easier to use, but we’re also making sure that our users can use the most advanced tools to be even more productive, efficient, and grow. This makes AI for business available to everyone.”

Einstein GPT for Flow in action:

Einstein GPT for Flow makes it easier for business users and admins to build AI-powered workflow that is easier to use, more accessible, and faster.

  • Business users and admins could tell the system what kind of flow they want to build, and the system would build it for them in near real time, instead of having to build each flow by hand, step by step.
  • Users can also describe a formula they want, and Einstein GPT will make it for them. This takes the place of carefully putting together numbers, which can lead to mistakes in grammar.
  • Users will be able to search better if they describe a function they need to find and Einstein GPT automatically inserts the right flow instead of making them look for sub flows and invocable actions.

Data Cloud in motion for Flow:

Flow, which is driven by Data Cloud, helps businesses make every experience feel linked and unique.

  • Marketers use technology and real-time tracking data to improve the shopping experience by giving deals at the right time in stores.
  • Real-time data is used by commerce experts to power dynamic pricing in e-commerce. Prices are automatically changed based on real-time demand and supply, and inventory amounts and availability information are also updated.
  • Financial service companies use real-time data to automate fraud discovery and prevention. They do this by flagging suspicious activities based on odd trends, like large deposits or moves to foreign countries.
  • Companies that make things use real-time data to improve production methods and efficiency. For example, they can use real-time tracking of machine performance to send automated repair requests.

From the customer’s point of view:

“Real-time robotic technology has changed how we set up energy solutions for our customers. With Salesforce automation, we can instantly take snapshots of our energy output and register systems for state and local rewards. This saves us almost four hours per day of work that would have to be done by hand. This not only makes our operations more efficient, but it also helps ensure that our customers’ systems will be made.” – Jake Wachman, VP Digital, Sunnova

Salesforce Success Ecosystem:

Salesforce’s Success Ecosystem adds specialized knowledge to its creative AI and data services to help power the intelligent, self-driving business. The Success Ecosystem gives companies a lot of information and technical know-how to help them be more productive and grow:

  • Apisero, an NTT DATA Company, Atrium, DeciZone, Infosys, Persistent, smrtr, Wipro, and more are among the new Data Cloud partner apps and experts. With the help of pre-built apps and coaching services from partners, companies will be able to improve their customer profiles and use their data with a wide range of groups to support their real-time data strategy.
  • With the help of AI, data, and CRM, a new strategy planning service from Salesforce Professional Services for Einstein GPT and Data Cloud will help customers speed up the time to value.
