What’s new: Automotive Cloud will soon have new features like:

 

  • Automotive Cloud Intelligence : will use Salesforce Einstein AI and CRM Analytics to provide real-time intelligence and actionable insights across the auto ecosystem, such as vehicle inventory and dealer performance. This will help make faster, more informed decisions and improve profitability with features like Parts Forecasting, Lead Scoring, and Inventory Analysis.
  • Automation also makes Automotive Cloud more efficient. With new features like Warranty Lifecycle Management, it’s easy to make and manage complex warranties. And because the claims process is automated, service teams can quickly get claims approved.
  • And with Salesforce Data Cloud and MuleSoft, automakers can process and integrate real-time vehicle, customer, and retail data with Automotive Cloud to make connected cars and customer experiences more personalized.
  • With Inventory Management, business users will be able to search and divide retail and network inventory data to track sales performance and deal with shortages. They will also be able to easily move inventory across their networks.
  • With the new Experience Cloud for Automotive Cloud, you can quickly make digital experiences that are connected and personalized. It also helps auto companies work better with ecosystem partners like dealers and agents, and it gives customers more power with new features like Scheduler for Automotive, which makes it easy to set up test drives, service appointments, and more with just a few clicks.
